In this dynamic role, you are not just executing tasks but truly becoming a part of a larger vision. You'll engage in daily collaboration with colleagues, emphasizing that most tasks require a collective effort for success to ensure a satisfied customer journey. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day supervising our guest, to ensure they have the best possible time in our property. You connect with the student community, knowing exactly what's always going on and how to cater to their needs.
  • Support the Resident Manager by fulfilling the operational tasks. 
  • Actively support Resident Managers (RMs) in resolving property-related issues promptly, in timeliness and accuracy of internal documentation as well as financial and operational reporting
  • Reception coverage together with and without the Resident Manager.
  • In the absence of the RM log incidents and complaints according to Service Specifications, escalating high priority matters as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager, Sales Manager, and our other Resident Manager of Carcavelos Nova.
  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from residents in accordance with our MILESTONE Policy in between 24 hours, latest 48 hours. Answering of Customer Reservation Requests.
  • Assistance to the RM in fulfilling of Quality Management such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Local Operating Procedures (LOPs).
Was Sie unbedingt mitbringen sollten:
  • Motivated and cheerful person with a flexible, hands-on approach
  • Stress resistant for peak periods for big check- in/check- out Moves.
  • Preferably degree in hospitality.
  • 1+ years’ experience in the hospitality branch.
  • Proven track record in guest relationship management
  • Several years of practical experience at the Front Office as FO Supervisor with team leading experience in the hotel or accommodation sector is an advantage.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English (oral and written)
  • High service-focused mentality with a proactive, logical working style
  • Excellent MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel
  • PMS and CRS experience are an advantage.

  • Supervisionar diariamente os nossos hóspedes, assegurando que desfrutem ao máximo das nossas instalações. Estabelecerá ligações com a comunidade estudantil, estando a par do que ocorre e sabendo exatamente como atender às suas necessidades.
  • Apoiar o Resident Manager a cumprir as tarefas operacionais.
  • Apoiar ativamente os Resident Managers (RMs) na resolução atempada de questões relacionadas com a propriedade, na pontualidade e precisão da documentação interna, bem como nos relatórios financeiros e operacionais.
  • Cobertura do horário da receção, com e sem o Resident Manager.
  • Na ausência do RM, registar incidentes e reclamações de acordo com as especificações de serviço, reencaminhando assuntos de alta prioridade conforme necessário.
  • Colaborar com o Area Manager, Sales Manager e o nosso outro Resident Manager da MILESTONE Carcavelos Nova.
  • Responder a dúvidas e reclamações de residentes de acordo com a nossa Política MILESTONE no prazo de 24 horas, no máximo 48 horas. Responder a pedidos de reserva de clientes.
  • Apoio ao RM no cumprimento da Gestão da Qualidade, como Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (SOPs) e Procedimentos Operacionais Locais (LOPs).
Seu perfil
  • Uma pessoa motivada e bem-disposta, com uma abordagem prática e flexível.
  • Resistência ao stress em períodos de grande afluência de check-ins/check-outs.
  • Preferencialmente, formação na área de hotelaria.
  • Mais de 1 ano de experiência no ramo da hotelaria.
  • Histórico na gestão de relacionamento com hóspedes.
  • Vários anos de experiência prática na receção como Supervisor de Front Office com experiência em liderança de equipas no setor hoteleiro ou de alojamento são uma vantagem.
  • Fluência em Português e Inglês (oral e escrito).
  • Mentalidade orientada para o serviço, com um estilo de trabalho proativo e lógico.
  • Excelentes habilidades em MS Office, especialmente MS Excel.
  • Experiência em Sistemas de Gestão de Propriedades (PMS) e Sistemas de Reservas Centralizadas (CRS) são uma vantagem.
